Shipping

Free general USPS shipping within the USA

Made-to-order garments are created specially for you, and will ship out within 4 weeks. Ready-to-ship garments will ship out within a week. You'll receive your tracking number in your email once your order ships, and I'll check in with you once you receive your garment to see how you like it 

If you'd like your signature required upon delivery, or to upgrade to Priority Mail with an added shipping charge, please let me know before your order ships and I'm happy to do this for you. 

 

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Payment Plan: Use Shop Pay to split your purchase into 4 equal payments, with no added interest or fees. Payments are automatically charged every 2 weeks, and you have the option to make payments early. Your order will ship within 6 weeks of the first payment. Orders made using Shop Pay are not eligible for refunds or cancellations 

 

Returns

My work is custom crafted and made-to-order using your measurements for a comfortable fit. Each piece takes several hours to create specially for you. To request a return or exchange, please reach out to me within 1-2 weeks of receiving your garment. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted past that time

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or there is an issue with the fit, please contact me right away at frequencycollection@gmail.com. I will always go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your experience 

 

Product Care

The best way to care for your handcrafted garment is to hand wash in cold water, and lay flat or hang to dry. For designs without chains or fur - You can also machine wash in cold water on the delicate setting and hang to dry. Faux fur may shed slightly, this is normal and can be removed using a lint roller.
